We are a unified association of pregnancy care centers focused on saving lives through our clinical services and saving souls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Position Summary: Purpose and Scope
The ideal person for this position is a highly motivated, enthusiastic team member who will be the face of SCAPCC. A strong bookkeeping background and organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position. Beneficial to enjoy interaction with people and behind-the-scenes work.
The Director of Administration also plays a critical role in organizing key events and projects with direction from the Executive Committee President. This position is ideal for a people-person who enjoys building and maintaining relationships. This position includes access to sensitive and personal information, thus requiring confidentiality.
The Director of Administration will report to the President of SCAPCC and the Executive Committee.

Annual salary: Starting salary $50,000
Job hours: This position is estimated to be a minimum of 35-40 hours/per week, with the potential of additional hours needed when annual events or special representation is necessary for the organization. The Administrative Director will have a broad range of flexibility with work hours with the exception of scheduled Executive Committee meetings, requested meetings by the President, and event-related planning. When applicable, a monthly report will be submitted to the Executive Committee to include updates on completed tasks, assignments, and special projects.
Requested Time Off: As needed, advance communication with the President or designated Executive Committee person. If extended time is necessary (more than 2 weeks), review and approval will need to be made by the Executive Committee.
Evaluations: Upon successful hiring process, there will be a 30 day, 60 day & 90 day review. The first 90 days are a probationary period. Employment can be terminated at any evaluation at the discretion of the Executive Committee. After the probation period ends, an annual review will be conducted.
Grievances & Termination
The employee shall report any grievances to the President of the Executive Committee first and foremost.
This is an “at will” agreement for employment. We request that you give at least two weeks' notice in writing to the President before your resignation.
This agreement shall end twelve months from the date it was signed.
