We are a unified association of pregnancy care centers focused on saving lives through our clinical services and saving souls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our Centers provide compassionate care for those facing an unplanned pregnancy. Each location provides a variety of services which are free and confidential.  

Our Leadership Team

Cassandra Deans- President

 Cassandra is the Executive Director at Radiance Women’s Center

In Beaufort South Carolina. She has been serving in the pro-life ministry for 25 years and believes God has given her a passion to serve and minister to girls and women.

Donna Proctor - Secretary

Donna is the Executive Director at Cherokee Pregnancy Center/Options Medical in Gaffney, SC. She considers it an honor to serve Jesus in the pro-life ministry and believes God equips those He calls. (Hebrews 13:21) 

She has shared her life with her husband, Mike, for 33 years and they have been blessed with 2 sons, Tyler and Seth. They are looking forward to watching their family grow! 

Audrey Shaw - Vice President

Audrey is the Executive Director at Anderson Pregnancy. She began her journey there as a part time bookkeeper in February 2015. Audrey accepted the role of ED in July 2016. She’s married and has 2 daughters & a grandson. When not at the pregnancy center, Audrey enjoys serving at her church, gardening and teaching dance.

Catherine Johnson - Treasurer

Catherine is the Executive Director of LIFEBRIDGE of South Carolina and has worked with PCC’s over the last 12 years, previously in the capacity of Parenting Programs Director and Executive Director in Michigan. Prior to serving with PCCs, Catherine worked in different facets of lay counseling focused on parenting, reconciliation, and mental health support. Catherine was a single parent for 15 years and found herself in an unplanned pregnancy early in her life, giving her a unique ministry perspective. She and her husband Carl have been married 14 years and have 1 daughter, Hannah who is grown and living in Idaho, and 2 rescue pups with who they enjoy hiking.
